The StorageSwitch Data Migration Engine provides a high performance data migrator with full audit and chain of custody. Not only do we move data between storage systems, but full integrity in ensured.
A database approach provides control and reporting over progress and audit. Optional read-back processes ensure that the data on the target matches the source system.
Multiple parallel data migrators can be used to minimize the amount of time required for the move. Multiple protocols (CAS, Celerra with or without File Level Retention (FLR), Centera, CIFS, FTP, HDS HCAP, NetApp (with or without SnapLock), IFS, NFS etc.
Compliance policies can be applied, passed forward, or updated with full audit.
Chain of custody assurances are provided in reports delivered to the customer so that for as long as you own the data, you can show good data stewardship. |
