StorageSwitch

The company

StorageSwitch is a privately held limited liability company (LLC) headquartered in Lyons, Colorado. Founded in 2002, we have customers internationally. Our products are distributed and supported by our reseller and OEM channels.

We have evolved from a single product vendor with only the Centera File System Gateway, to a technology provider for the fixed content data storage market with a multitude of gateway and utility products and services.

The founders

Initially founded by Andy Thomson in 2001, Clark Hodge joined in 2005. Ron Brown in 2006.

Clark is the Chief Executive Officer, but would rather be the head sales guy. He takes his responsibility to be selling the technology to OEMs, the product to customers, the potential to investors and the issues to the world. Clark's visionary perspective position him and StorageSwitch to not only act as product and service providers, but as change agents for the industry.

Andy acts as the Chief Technology Officer, but likes to be called the 'janitor'. His janitorial duties include not only keeping up with the code and architecture of the StorageSwitch product line, but he's also active in the operations of the company. His vision and talent expand well beyond the bits and bytes and we're fortunate to have him on our team. Never let it be said that Andy didn't have his hand in the business that is StorageSwitch.

Ron Brown is our new guy, responsible for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and distributor relationships. He's an industry veteran and is looking to assist other companies realize of the benefits of StorageSwitch technology via our StorageSwitch Inside and distribution programs.
